Leticia Knowles, Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources & Facilities, oversees ZAGG’s
employees in our headquarters in Salt Lake City, as well as locations in Tustin,
Kalamazoo, Ireland and China. Ms. Knowles joined the company in 2016. Ms.
Knowles has a passion for helping employees develop to their full potential, and
creating programs that enhance the quality of leadership within the individual and
organization. As an integral member of the leadership team, Ms. Knowles ensures
that a focus on care for people is infused into all of our teams across the world and
our values are reflected in the spaces in which our employees work.
Prior to joining the company, she served in various human resources roles at
Varian Medical Systems, where she was instrumental in revolutionizing the
performance management process and learning and development programs. Prior
to joining Varian in 2010, she worked at American Express where she held a
variety of Human Resource positions during her 26 year tenure, including
Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, and Leadership Development. She
received a Master of Education and Bachelor of Psychology from Westminster College.
